  • Jefferson Community College (JCC) is offering free summer programs to ensure students experience a seamless transition to college in the fall, acquire essential skills for academic success, and receive comprehensive academic coaching.

  • Logan R. Towles, Adams, is the featured Jefferson Community College (JCC) Honors Program student for the month of June 2024. Towles, a natural sciences major at Jefferson, researched the impact of logging and forest thinning for one of his Honor's Program options.

  • Jefferson Community College (JCC) will hold an information session for its access and opportunity programs on Tuesday, July 9, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. in the Fireside Commons, Deans Collaborative Learning Center (Building 15). Both prospective JCC students and current JCC students are welcome to attend, regardless of their backgrounds or circumstances.

  • Jefferson Community College (JCC) held its annual Pinning Ceremony for graduates of the College's nursing program on May 16, 2024 in the McVean Student Center Gymnasium. Forty-six (46) candidates for the Associate in Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree in nursing were eligible to take part in this special program.

  • Jefferson Community College (JCC) will hold an Education Apprenticeship Roundtable on Wednesday, June 26, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in the Walker Instructional Dining Room, McVean Student Center (Building 4). In collaboration with the New York State Department of Labor and the State University of New York (SUNY) Apprenticeship Program, JCC will provide information about creating registered apprenticeship programs and available grant funding.

  • The unveiling of Volume XXXIV (34) of the Jefferson Community College Black River Review (BRR), a journal of poetry, prose, and fine arts took place on May 9, 2024. The event was a celebration of the diverse writing and art talents of Jefferson students, faculty/staff, and alumni.
