East Hall is a modern residence hall filled with suite-style rooms.
Check out our floor plans below and our housing rates for the upcoming semester. Please note that a meal plan must be purchased if living on campus.
6-person suite / 24 units

One triple bedroom
Three single bedrooms

4-person quad / 24 units
Features:
Two double bedrooms in a four person living community
One bathroom
Kitchenette with full refrigerator, microwave and sink, cabinetry, countertop and
stools
Furnished living room
Additionally there are eight 3-person units. These fully-furnished quad units contain a single resident assistant bedroom and one double bedroom, one bathroom, kitchenette and living room.
Please Note: The size of a single room in East Hall is 9’2” x 11’ (102 SF). The size of a double room is 9’2” x 21’ (195 SF). The size of a triple room is 9’2” x 21’ (195 SF).

Housing rates

Housing for the 2024-2025 Academic Year
- Single Occupancy: $9,150 per student annually or $4,575 per semester
- Double Occupancy: $7,190 per student annually or $3,595 per semester
Meal plan rates
Students who live on campus must purchase a meal plan.

- Annually: $5,330
