  • Jas Wright, Adams Center, is the featured Jefferson Community College (JCC) Honors Program student for the month of February 2025. Wright is a double major in criminal justice and human services at Jefferson. For one of her honors program options, she created an infographic on homicide and serial killer mindsets.

  • Jefferson Community College (JCC) welcomed students back to campus for the Spring 2025 semester on January 22, 2025, marking a time of fresh beginnings, opportunity, and progress. Classes were initially scheduled to start on January 21 but were canceled due to inclement weather.

  • Jefferson Community College (JCC) is accepting submissions from alumni, Jefferson students (full and part-time), faculty and staff for the 2025 edition of the Black River Review. The Black River Review is a journal of poetry, prose and fine arts. The deadline for Volume XXXV is February 14, 2025. Cash awards for outstanding work will be awarded.

  • Jefferson Community College President Dr. Daniel J. Dupee, II, today applauded Gov. Kathy Hochul for pledging in her 2025 State of the State agenda to deliver ongoing state funding to sustain and expand the proven Advancing Success in Associate Pathways (ASAP) and Advancing Completion through Engagement (ACE) programs. These transformative models have been widely demonstrated to increase student completion rates and narrow opportunity gaps, including the ASAP program at Jefferson.

  • Sophomore guard, Kori M. Nichols, of the Jefferson Community College (JCC) women's basketball team was named JCC athlete of the week for the week ending January 12, 2024.
