Officials from Lewis County, Jefferson Community College, Jefferson-Lewis Board of Cooperative Educational Services (BOCES) and Cornell Cooperative Extension (CCE) of Lewis County invite community members to a ribbon cutting ceremony to mark the formal opening of the Lewis County Jefferson Community College Education Center on Thursday, January 24 at 1:00 p.m. Tours of the facility and exhibits by partners and local community organizations will be available through 7:00 p.m. following the ribbon cutting.

Jefferson Community College will hold its fall commencement ceremony on Friday, December 14, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. in the McVean Center Gymnasium. As of December 12, 2018 Jefferson will award 231 degrees and/certificates to 226 students.

The Jefferson Singers and SUNY Jefferson Jazz Ensemble will perform their annual fall concert for the community on December 4 and the SUNY Jefferson Wind Ensemble and the SUNY Jefferson Orchestra will perform their concert on December 5. Admission is free.
